DESIGN PROCESS
We begin by thoroughly understanding your lifestyle, needs, and objectives. These insights fuel our design process, and we maintain clear communication with you, offering updates during scheduled meetings at each phase. Once all the designs are complete, we work with dedicated and talented landscapers to bring the design to life. To take the stress off you, we will be available for site inspections throughout the build process to ensure the project is built as specified.
STAGE 1
INITIAL CONSULATION
Our garden design journey starts with a site visit and an initial consultation. Our prime objective is to understand your garden dreams and life style. You'll receive a detailed brief that encompasses the fee structure and design process. Our service fees are based on the size and complexity of your garden.
STAGE 2
CONCEPT DESIGN
Moving Forward: We make a Topography Analysis, meticulously mapping the site layout, levels, and utilities. Using this data we create 2D and 3D concept designs, with moodboards for added detail. This phase will include a basic planting scheme idea. We may offer several options for you at this stage.
STAGE 3
MASTER PLANS
We will now create a more detailed master plan of the favourite concept scheme. Encompassing material selections, spatial organization, along with an outline planting palette. 3D imagery is further developed to give a real sense of the project.
STAGE 4
TECHNICAL DRAWINGS AND CALCULATIONS
After the master plan is agreed, we proceed to the technical drawings. These encompass setting out blueprints, precise lighting placements, comprehensive level plans, cross sections, and any details for structural engineering endorsement.
STAGE 5
PLANTING PLANS
The Planting Blueprint unveils plant positions, complemented by a detailed schedule featuring precise names, sizes, and quantities for costing, ordering, and precise placement. A curated plant moodboard accompanies this plan.
STAGE 6
TENDER DOCUMENTS & PROJECT MANAGING
We assemble the Tender Package, dispatching it to contractors for quotations. Our network of skilled contractors will translate our design into reality, or you have the freedom to engage a contractor you prefer. As construction commences, we will make routine site visits to oversee the construction, address modifications and guarantee adherence to the project's blueprint.
